The Impact of Current Energy Production and Use, and Options for a Sustainable Energy Future
This course aims to provide you with an introduction to energy including, energy production and utilization, renewable energy, climate change, social and economic effects of energy, and energy as it relates to water and food security. Although basic knowledge of chemistry, biology, economics, and social sciences will help, no prior coursework on these subjects is required. All of the lectures from the course come from a live public lecture series held at the UC San Diego campus in October 2013.
